This Privacy Policy explains how Egbe, Inc. ("Egbe", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit egbe.ai, join our waitlist, or use the Egbe platform (collectively, the "Services").

Information you give us. When you join our waitlist, request access, contact us, or create an account, we collect details such as your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to include in your message.
Information we collect automatically. When you use the Services, we collect usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies.

- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To respond to your inquiries and manage the waitlist and early access;
- To communicate updates, security notices, and (where permitted) product news;

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).

We operate globally and may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
