Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Egbe, Inc. ("Egbe", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit egbe.ai, join our waitlist, use the Egbe platform as a founder, or visit or purchase from a site operated on our platform (a "Founder Site") (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you join our waitlist, request access, contact us, or create an account, we collect details such as your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to include in your message. If you make a purchase on a Founder Site, we collect your name, email address, billing details, and purchase information.

Platform and agent activity. If you are a founder, we collect and store the content, prompts, and instructions you provide to the platform and its AI agents, and the outputs and activity of those agents — such as task and action logs, generated content and code, deployment configuration, and advertising campaign settings and performance data. If you connect third-party services to your account, we store the credentials or tokens and related metadata needed to use them on your behalf.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive transaction details such as the amount, status, and card type, but we do not store full card numbers.

Information we collect automatically. When you use the Services — including when you visit a Founder Site — we collect usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and actions taken on the page, through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

3. Founder Sites and buyer information

Founder Sites offer products created by independent founders. When you visit or purchase from a Founder Site, Egbe processes your information to operate the site, process the transaction, and support your order. We also share information about the sale and the use of the product with the founder whose product is involved — which may include your email address, purchase details (such as the product purchased and the amount paid), and product-usage analytics — so they can operate their business, and they are required to handle it responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and analytics to understand how the Services are used. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. You can learn more at Google's Privacy Policy and opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We advertise the Services and Founder Products on platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and Reddit, and use their measurement tags and pixels (such as the Google tag, the Meta Pixel, and the Reddit Pixel) to measure the performance of our campaigns and, where enabled, to show relevant ads (remarketing). You can control personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings and your Meta and Reddit account ad preferences, and opt out of many interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info.

Most browsers also let you control cookies through their settings.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

6. Legal bases (EEA and UK)

Where EEA or UK data-protection law applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: performance of a contract (operating your account, processing your purchase); legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services, promoting our business); consent, where required (for example, certain cookies); and compliance with legal obligations.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting rules for transaction records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 9).

8. International transfers

We operate globally and may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@egbe.ai and we will respond as required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
