By accessing and using EGBE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

EGBE is an AI Agent Registry platform that allows users to discover, evaluate, and publish AI agents. Our platform supports A2A (Agent-to-Agent) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) standards for agent interoperability.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Agent Submissions

When submitting an agent to our registry, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the agent
  • The agent does not violate any third-party rights
  • The agent does not contain malicious code
  • All information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any agent submission at our discretion. Agents must comply with our content guidelines and applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
  • Scrape or collect data without permission
  • Upload malicious software or agents
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EGBE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of agents you submit, but grant us a license to display and promote them on our platform.

7. Third-Party Agents

We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party agents listed on our platform. Users interact with third-party agents at their own risk. We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or reliability of agents submitted by third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EGBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY AGENTS LISTED THEREON.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EGBE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
